Saturday and Monday I got a bunch of maternity clothes. Hopefully they will last me so I don't really have to get anything else. It stinks because it's like you have to buy a new wardrobe for just a few months. Anyway, my parents were visiting and we went shopping a little on Saturday and took a whole day Monday just to shop! I got some really cute things and am excited to start wearing them. I got: 2 dresses (for work/church/etc.), 2 pairs of dress pants, 1 pair of shorts, 1 pair of jeans, 1 sun dress, and 6 shirts. Now I just need to get some flat shoes.
It was a lot of fun trying on clothes. In Destination Maternity they had baby bellies that you could strap on to see how the clothes will fit when you grow. It was kind of odd to see what I will look like in just a couple months...but kind of exciting too. Today I am wearing a new dress and you can see a little bump popping through. I will try to take and post some pictures soon.
