"You Know What Irritates Me?"

I guess I must say this a lot to Ryan because his response the other day was "Everything."  Hahaha.  I found it amusing.  Just thought I'd share!

On a side note.  It looks like I'll only get 8 weeks of maternity leave...unpaid.  They decided we have to go by what our policy manual says so that there's no issues in the future if anyone else happens to get pregnant.  Labor and maternity isn't specified under short term disability, so we have to go with the maternity leave policy.  What they decided is that I have about 6 weeks of sick leave accrued, so I can use that and get paid my full salary.  Then, they will be nice go off my doctor's note and let me do the last 2 weeks as disability (in our policy manual, disability doesn't kick in until 30 days after the "disability" anyway).  So, I'll probably use a little vacation too and take about 9 weeks off and have to go back a few weeks sooner than planned.  Oh well, it's what has to be done.
